Pricing

Prices listed are wholesale, do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, or duties, AND are subject to correction or change without notice. We ONLY ship to certain US Zip Codes!! Certain items may no longer be available, or may have been replaced by another item, and pricing may differ.  Certain items may have extended lead-times or may be back-ordered for extensive periods.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 

Sales Tax

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing valid sales tax exemption certificates.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and other payment options. Purchaser agrees to pay the cost of any and all expenses incurred to collect past due sums, including but not limited to legal, collection and court costs.

Shipping

PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED F.O.B. SHIPPING POINT (the buyer takes delivery of goods being shipped to it by a supplier once the goods leave the supplier's shipping dock), with freight costs and handling fees charged to the customer. COD shipments are not permitted. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Other terms and conditions may apply to special orders including freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, etc. Next Day and Saturday delivery orders must be received weekdays by 4:00 PM Eastern time.  Orders received after 4:00 PM Eastern time or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  If any product is damaged in transit, customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. Certain items require shipping via freight in which case we will contact you in advance of filling your order as additional delivery time and shipping charges may be required. 

Availablity

Products may on occasion have limited or no availability due to your geographical location, an item being discontinued by the manufacturer, or an item being on back order.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies of raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond our in the conduct of our businesses.

Product Substitution

Products may be substituted by the manufacturer and may not always exactly match descriptions and/or images.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be approved, and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and/or other charges.

Product Returns

Please call for instructions on how to return product. We will not accept any returns without an authorization number (RMA), which will be given or withheld at our sole discretion. A 25% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of shipment. Certain consumables may not be returned. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned. There are no refunds or returns from outside of the United States except to the US Government. Returns must be packaged in the original shipping box or container.

Indemnification

This document embodies the entire agreement between the parties, and no oral agreement or conversation shall be held to alter the provisions hereof, with the exception of modifications initiated by us. Pricing, terms, and conditions are subject to change without advance notice.

In all cases, the Purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless the Seller and all vendors, agents and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from the performance of products, components, or services provided. We are in no way responsible for any claims related to the repair of any equipment including labor or damage or injury.
